The American Automobile Association (AAA) has been a leader in roadside assistance, mobility advocacy, and traffic safety for nearly 120 years. AAA Washington also operates a full-service travel agency and the largest independent personal-lines insurance agency in Washington.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in business, human resources, or related field or related experience
- 5+ years’ progressive experience in human resources
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year experience in automotive, travel or insurance industry preferred.
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and the LOA process
- Experience with Worker’s Comp and Injured Workers.
