Position Summary:
Uses specialist knowledge to assist in the development HR related policies, organizational, individual performance and behavior at work. Knowledge of regulatory.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 2- 5 years Human Resources experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, knowledge of HR practices including employee relations, benefits administration, employment laws, and HRIS system.
  • Computer skills, including word, excel and database, excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral), must be able to handle several projects simultaneously in an accurate and successful manner.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
