As a Louis Vuitton Sr. Human Resources Manager for the Orange County Metro, you will report to the Sr. Director of Human Resources for the West Region & Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our retail and corporate teams. This Sr. Human Resources Manager position is crucial in achieving and exceeding business objectives by supporting and driving the employee life cycle for our Orange County Metro teams, including stores in San Diego, Utah, and Colorado.
Missions
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs that cover both retail and corporate talent management, including talent acquisition, performance management, and development. Additionally, you will oversee employee relations and address related HR matters.
A key aspect of this role is understanding business strategies, analyzing business needs, and making strategic recommendations in close partnership with the retail management team, including store managers. You will develop and promote HR initiatives that align with and further the strategic goals of the business.
By spending face-to-face time with Store Leaders and building trustworthy, collaborative working relationships, you will ensure that all commercial opportunities are identified and capitalized on. As the Sr. Human Resources Manager, you will also be responsible for analyzing competitors, local environments, market trends, and conditions to develop business strategies that maximize opportunities or mitigate risks.
