EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• Universal EPA refrigerant card required

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years) or equivalent and relevant combination of education, training, & experience.Journeyman level experience performing skilled trade work in HVAC preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Controls, RTU, AHU, VAV, Humidifiers, Liebert units
• Strong working knowledge of project management techniques and concepts
• Adept at handling multiple projects and managing competing priorities
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Effective negotiation skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and outside vendors
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with relevant software
