QUALIFICATIONS
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in a clinical setting, such as a hospital or ambulatory practice
- Experience using, configuring and building an electronic information system
- Preferred - advanced knowledge of Paragon EHR solution
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 80% travel may be required
Working Arrangements:
- Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements
- Primarily works remotely
- May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applies detailed knowledge of Altera’s Paragon products and solutions within specific domains, functional or specialty areas, to implement Altera’s Paragon software at client sites
- Performs all project workplan tasks for assigned role in accordance with contracted project scope
- Performs system configuration tasks and provides system configuration consultation to clients
- Provides workflow consultation and guidance in line with Altera’s recommendations to clients
- Identifies and resolves, and/or appropriately escalates, system and workflow issues that arise throughout an implementation project
- Provides activation support
- Meets or exceeds utilization targets set by the organization
- Sets appropriate expectations with clients and managing them throughout the project life cycle
- Executes all tasks related to a contracted project role, within a specific domain, functional or specialty area independently
- Provides feedback to appropriate internal organizational groups on software and methodology improvements
- Facilitates process of defining expectations by asking key questions that help clients to discover their needs
- Builds trust by communicating effectively with clients about issues and concerns; Develops and presents recommendations that address key client objectives
- Paragon Applications supported in this role are primarily: Pharmacy, Clinician Hub, Clinical Carestation, Medication Administration, Order Management, Emergency Department Management, EPCS/Dr First, Application Security, and Webstation for Security.
