Responsibilities:

Develops activities such as: Cycle time reduction, worker effort and inventory reduction, floor improvement, to improve work conditions, reducing or eliminating waste.
Give follow up to activities such as: Cycle time reduction, worker effort and inventory reduction, floor improvement, to improve work conditions, reducing or eliminating waste, using the 7 waste reduction forms.
Analyze the process to determine the adequate work conditions, related to space, layouts, lighting, breaks, manpower, tools and equipment.
Support activities to complete time studies, slip weight, glaze weight, fired weight, pack weight are updated in both Plants to determine the cost of each product.
Support activities during the KOS events and support all the teams on the methodology application.
Maintain Standard Work studies updated with no more than 1 years old.
Maintain the Layered Process Audit updated and standardized.
Give follow up to achieve KOS Savings goals and report savings in monthly basis, achieve the goals and create new list for every year.
Provide support to all areas in the plant on structural fabrication to improve productivity, safety and quality (Kaizen Team)
Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See the annex).
