Job Description
THE POSITION
ServiceNow is seeking an experienced International Tax Senior Analyst to join our tax team. You will be responsible for foreign tax provision computation and reporting; US international tax compliance, transfer pricing computation and entries, and assist with international tax operational support for ServiceNow business. You will have strong tax technical skills, strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Costa Rica, and will report to the Director, International Tax who is based in Santa Clara, California.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-7+ years of experience working with a broad range of tax issues facing large multinational corporations, including public accounting, and/or industry experience. US tax experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Master’s degree in Taxation or CPA a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent tax research and analytical skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer technical skills – Advanced MS Excel, Alteryx
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems, OneSource Experience with automated tax systems preferred

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of quarterly and year-end income tax provisions regarding international subsidiaries and affiliates using OneSource Tax Provision software
- Calculate international tax attributes and positions during the quarterly tax provision and forecast processes, including estimating E&P, subpart F, GILTI and FDII, PTEP pools, and foreign tax credits.
- Support local foreign country tax return process
- Prepare tax and transfer pricing entries for various transactions
- Prepare tax account reconciliations
- Prepare GILTI, FDII, Subpart F and FTC calculation
- Prepare international forms for the US tax return, such as Form 5471, 5472, 1118, 8975, 8858 and 8594.
- Prepare and file Form 6166 Certification of US Tax Residency
- Research general US international tax issues
- Assist with implementing tax process improvements
- Assist with special tax projects as assigned
