Description:
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or Lean Six Sigma highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
- At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analytics tools like Excel, Power BI.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate management of stock levels and inventory data.
- Leadership: Proficiency in managing and inspiring teams, encouraging a collaborative environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Primarily warehouse, Cold and Freezer rooms or distribution center environment with occasional office work. May involve lifting and moving heavy inventory items. Occasional travel to support multiple facilities.
