We have an opportunity for a Sr IT Analyst to join us at Honeywell, in Brno, where you will be delivering business value through effective incident, and problem management and reliable information and data to enable management decision making throughout the service lifecycle. You will be supporting applications that are a part of your service (Unified Collaboration and Communication) with end-to-end accountability – including solution rollout, feature enhancements, Automation, operations, and maintenance of infrastructure and App integrations, as well as addressing issues, troubleshooting, and completing root cause analysis.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • University education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+years’ experience in the following domain: Microsoft Teams/SBA/SBC deployment/administration/operations/maintenance, migration from Skype for Business to Teams, Troubleshooting, Policies, M365 Admin Portal: Creation and Implementation of Microsoft Teams Policies, creation and Implementation of M365 Data Governance Labels
  • Understanding of voice work in hybrid scenarios & voice gateways/PBX Creation and Implementation of M365 Data Governance Labels
  • Exposure to Azure Active Directory: Creation and management of groups and policies, conditional Access Policies, License Management
  • Experience of integrating Teams within telephony systems, knowledge of Audio/Video/Web Conferencing, Session Border Controllers/Gateways, SIP Trunk Configuration, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Federation, Persistent Chat, Office Web Apps, Firewall Rules, and Monitoring/Reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and UC Solutions (on-premises and online), Devices, SBAs and SBCs, Teams and SFB enterprise voice infra, Build and transform Microsoft UC solutions for Global customer.
  • Support, Operations and Maintenance of OnPrem and Cloud Unified Collaboration and Communication Infrastructure
  • Proactive issue identification and fixing, troubleshooting issues.
  • Develop IT service management enhancement projects, adoption and automation of the service requests and Maintenance Activities
  • Participate in audits and/or root cause analysis
