Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer IT Business Applications
- Manage end users issues and education requests
- Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
- Identify usage problems and craft functional (for end users) and technical communication plans to remedy issues
- Review, Establish and Maintain complex user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
- Work with management in analyzing problems, providing solutions, or recommending corrective action and implementing solutions
- Work with vendor partners and design optimal solutions for integration and complex functionality
- Work with internal key-stakeholders to take advantage of all that offers
Other Responsibilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to providetraining and one on one support end users
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to multitask with multiple projects and helpdesk requests.
- Experience with extensive data cleansing projects in the past
Required Skills
- Large implementations with over 400+ users in a global environment is a plus
- BS/BA required or equivalent experience
Required Experience
- 4-6 years of experience functioning as an administrator/developer
