Sr IT Project Manager

We are in search of a Sr IT Project Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role revolves around the management of large-scale IT projects, with a focus on ERP and WMS projects. The successful candidate will be versed in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and will play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture.

• Manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Apply expertise in ERP and WMS projects, including upgrades and implementations
• Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies for project management, adapting as necessary to meet project goals
• Leverage knowledge of Cisco Technologies and Cloud Technologies to enhance project outcomes
• Use Atlassian Jira for project tracking and reporting
• Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project upgrades or implementations
• Cultivate a positive team culture, fostering collaboration and effective communication
• Oversee budget processes, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently
• Utilize CRM and Database management skills to maintain accurate records and manage customer inquiries
• Use the ‘About Time’ tool for effective time management across projects.
• Possess a deep understanding of Atlassian Jira
• Proficient in Cisco Technologies
• Demonstrated experience with Cloud Technologies
• Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ability to work with and manage databases
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Agile Scrum methodology experience is required
• Knowledge of budget processes is necessary
• Experience with change management
• Strong communication skills.
