The Continuous Improvement (CI) team, part of the Service Excellence domain, aims to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and strengthen CI capabilities within PMI. Our globally diverse team brings expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, Process Management, Design Thinking, Innovation, Agile, and Project Management, utilizing a wide array of CI tools and techniques.
Our mission focuses on three pillars: Enable Operational Excellence (process discoveries, workshop facilitations, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities, supporting strategic programs, process excellence, and automation), Empower Others (leading CI capability building programs, GBS CI capability journey, business challenges), and Foster CI Culture & Mindset (cultivating a community of practice, recognizing and celebrating CI achievements).
We seek a dynamic CI professional to drive process excellence and operational efficiency across our global organization.

Your ‘day to day’:

  • Lead process discovery:

o Conduct end to end process mapping, capturing both current and future states.

o Share assessment results with relevant stakeholders

  • Apply CI methodologies designed for enabling Process Excellence across the organization
  • Perform monthly follow up of the discoveries and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate on global and/ or local strategic projects, contributing CI expertise.
  • Actively contribute to the capability and engagement programs led by CI
  • Act as coach/provide advisory when need it for different Service Lines and/ or markets
  • Lead diverse types of process assessments end to end online or onsite like: Value stream mapping sessions (As Is and or To Be processes), RACI building and deployment
  • Partner and engage with multiple stakeholders across diverse geographies, varying maturity levels, and complex contexts.
  • Craft timely and effective communication pieces to keep stakeholders informed about team updates.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to provide project updates and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Analyze KPIs and work with Process leads to identify and propose process improvements
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects requiring essential CI expertise
  • Plan and diligently track the progress of the assignment across various platforms

Who we’re looking for:

  • An individual with at least 3 years of professional experience including know-how of project management, process re-engineering, Continuous Improvement and performance analysis of processes (must).
  • Proven experience in process improvement, Six Sigma, Lean, or BPM (Business Process Management). At least Green Belt or Black Belt (must) (Certification is an asset)
  • English Proficiency: Advance is a must
  • Critical thinking, discipline, self-starter and entrepreneurship spirit, independent
  • Strong Problem-solving expertise in complex global environment with numerous stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ability to influence audience, composure around management.
  • Experienced project manager, related certification would be an asset. Excellent planning and priority setting
  • Comfortable with fast past-paced, high-intensity environment where multiple projects are balanced and work needs to be prioritized
  • Who excels at collaborating across the company, influencing wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Digital Savviness and process mining/task mining is an asset
  • High Flexibility is a must. Due to the nature of the role and the setting of the team, this role will work with three regions (Europe, LAC and Asia) so having flexibility to adjust to different scenarios is a must
  • Result-orientation, proven delivery of value to the organization
  • Experience in Global Share Service Centre is appreciated
  • Passion for driving positive change and fostering a CI culture
