EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years proven experience as a Supplier Manager or in a similar role
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other relevant factors
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with suppliers, ensuring the best possible terms and conditions
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth operations and optimize the supply chain
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supplier performance and overall supply chain efficiency
