A2F Consulting is a boutique consulting firm providing advisory services in economic
analyses, program evaluation, organizational consulting, risk management & software
development. Our clients consist primarily of international development
organizations and national development banks, government entities and private
organizations.
We are looking for a Sr. Management Consultant with at least 5 years of relevant
experience to expand our team in Portugal. Initially remote, we expect a hybrid position
in the future (greater Lisbon area).

QUALIFICATIONS

• A graduate degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or

relevant field from an accredited university

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in management

consulting or similar position

• Industry specialization would be an advantage, especially in finance
• Statistical modeling and/or financial modeling skills would be a plus
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Outstanding client management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communication in English.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn
• Fluency in French or Spanish (oral and written) would be a plus

• Provide advisory services to public and private sector clients on strategy design,

benchmarking, process optimization, financial analysis, market assessments

• Contribute and/or lead to due diligence reviews and institutional

diagnostics and make recommendations for improvement

• Write project reports and prepare documentation to present findings to clients
• Proactively support business development including writing technical

proposals

• Support and participate in and/or lead projects on and off-site
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (<20%) is required
