POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Senior Manager, Colleague Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the individual development, growth, and mobility of our DDAT (Digital, Data, Analytics, and Technology) colleagues. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive talent development initiatives, leadership/manager development programs, colleague skills analysis, and overseeing our mentoring program efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent development, leadership development, or related areas.
- 5+ years’ experience designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of skills analysis methodologies and their application in talent development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Colleague Skills Analysis:
- Conduct regular skills assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement for critical roles across the DDAT organization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform the development of targeted training programs
Responsibilities:
Colleague Development:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Enterprise Talent Development and the DDAT HRBP team to identify and address individual development needs within the DDAT team.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring opportunities to support career growth, advancement and ability across all of DDAT.
- Support colleague career pathing and internal stretch assignments by managing our gigs/stretch assignment program.
Leadership/Manager Development:
- Oversee the design and delivery of leadership and management development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers in fostering a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
- Provide self-service tools to support managers in building teams, addressing team issues, and cultivating highly performing teams.
Colleague Skills Analysis:
- Conduct regular skills assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement for critical roles across the DDAT organization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform the development of targeted training programs.
Mentoring Program Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of the Enterprise mentoring program to DDAT.
- Ensure that mentorship relationships contribute to the professional growth and development of mentees.
- Manage DDAT’s internal high potential leadership circle mentoring program.
