Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Senior Manager, Commercial Operations Finance, Viral Vector Services (VVS) and Advanced Therapies (ATx)
Reports To: Senior Director, Finance, Viral Vector Services (VVS)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 8+ years of meaningful experience in a sophisticated, multinational, multi-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience.
- Motivated to identify and implement innovative approaches, encouraging new ideas and practices.
- Strong results orientation, bias for action
- Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Experience with CRM tool (ie. Salesforce.com)
- Strong Hyperion or Oracle/Essbase skills and Excel skills
- Must have an outstanding attention to detail and strong process rigor
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines while delivering consistent, accurate and reliable work
- Able to travel 10% (additional travel required for remote employee)
Responsibilities:
- Support pricing strategy and sales deal valuation including large concept deal oversight through profit and loss evaluation and providing key inputs to support decisions
- Support the VVS and ATx Finance organizations through efforts to improve the S&OP process; provide oversight and leadership of the demand portion of the global S&OP process
- Develop global processes that are scalable and effective in meeting the evolving needs of the organization
- Collaborate across the PSG Commercial organization, Sites and with the other members of the FP&A team to identify issues, resolve problems and speed up processes; drive alignment and best-practice sharing across the organization
- Support Division/Site Finance and Business Management in creating an elite contract management and support improvement of sales to revenue analytics
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and foster a culture of ongoing development
