Position Overview:
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Financial Reporting, Sr. Manager Corporate Finance oversees complex technical accounting analyses, transitions and implementations, consolidates the global monthly results, prepares group consolidated financial statements (US GAAP) and statutory financial statements (IFRS). Sr. Manager Corporate Finance also plays a key role in the consolidated year-end audit and various statutory audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA designation (or equivalent).
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of both US GAAP and IFRS.
- Strong Technical Accounting and reporting skills.
- Experience with Big 4 audits.
- Highly proficient in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP.
- Strong communication skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Industry experience is a plus
- Ability to work with highly time-sensitive deadlines
- High level of ownership and accountability skills
- Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare global consolidation and external reporting for multiple entities operating under multiple currencies.
- Perform technical accounting analyses and prepare memos to guide accounting conclusions under both US GAAP and IFRS, including but not limited to, revenue allocation for SaaS contracts with multiple deliverables (ASC 606/IFRS 15) goodwill impairment, purchase price accounting, lease accounting.
- Assist in preparing full year-end financial statements with the corresponding notes in accordance with US GAAP, as well as various statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
- Ensure the accounting data is accurate and that financial controls are in place to maintain the accuracy.
- Streamlining and improving reporting and consolidation processes across Finance team.
- Technical lead for implementation of various reporting tools.
- Support potential M&A opportunities.
