WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Rogers is seeking a Sr. Manager Identity & Access Management to join the Information Cyber Security Unit. Reporting to the Director Identity & Access Management, at the Rogers Park Brampton Campus, this individual will be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for governance and strategy of Identity and Access Managements at Rogers for Corporate and Customer functions, which includes the following accountabilities.
- Identity and Access Management Strategy: Partnering with Security Architecture, to provide input to the overall IAM strategy/Roadmap for Corporate and Customer Access
- Define and Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor the effectiveness of IAM controls and processes.
- Provide strategic direction for the IAM team, focusing on industry best practices and key risks as well as continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to align IAM strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide business requirements and product ownership to delivery teams of IAM tools (Customer IAM, Access Provisioning Lifecycle, Privilege Access Management, Authentication and Authorization)
- Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance and risk mitigation
- Drive the roadmap for Active Directory and Entra ID, ensuring they meet current and future business requirements
- Execute period access reviews and operations for access provisioning
- Provide IAM subject matter expertise for Audit engagement both internal an external
What you bring:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks.
- Proven track record of developing and executing IAM roadmaps and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar.
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and services.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g. NIST, ISF) and industry standards related to IAM
