BMO’s award winning platform, Online Banking for Business, is looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Content Operations to join its team. In this role, you’ll optimize our content workflow by leveraging your project management skills and technical expertise to improve efficiency. Your efforts will help simplify processes that are key to delivering great customer experiences and supporting business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years working in a digital content environment.
- Working knowledge of programming languages HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Advanced experience with content management systems, SaaS solutions and APIs ideally for WEM and Contentful.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe).
- Experience with chatbot solutions and building interactions, conversation flows and logic.
- Proficiency in Jira.
- Experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team.
- Experience working on digital projects with both creative and technical components.
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
- Strong critical thinker.
Responsibilities:
- Leads intake, resource planning, and deadlines for the content department.
- Manages a team responsible for the building and publishing of content across all platforms.
- Establishes and optimizes content production workflows.
- Manages team’s tools, digital assets, and workspaces, ensuring appropriate tracking, and access.
- Works closely with internal teams and vendors on the implementation and maintenance of content management systems and self-help channels. (e.g., chatbot, self-help, etc.)
- Analyzes data and metrics to assess content performance.
- Develops and manages operational calendars that include cross-departmental deadlines between Marketing, Projects, and Change Management.
- Manages day-to-day relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Helps drive an engaging and cohesive digital content experience across all channels.
