Responsibilities:

• Agile software development and DevOps skills preferred.

• Ability to design, develop, code, test, debug and implement technical projects for the fabrication, modification and evaluation of new or existing software solutions or products.
• Proficient with commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Software Engineering field.
• Highly proficient in designing and developing requirements from specifications, oral instructions, or preliminary sketches.
• Advanced ability to develop and implement test methods and procedures.
• Ability to work with vendors on project needs.
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership, people and team building skills. Ability to manage through subordinate leaders.
• Ability to persuade others in sensitive complex situations while preserving relationships.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 year degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or other Technical Degree or 12+ years relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years experience in software development
• 3+ years direct staff management experience.
• Ability to travel both domestically and Internationally up to 15% of time.
  The salary range is $131,300 - $220,000 per year, which is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. The final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
