JOB DESCRIPTION

15 Years of experience in operational environment (maintenance, production or process)
Profile: Electronic, robotic, computer, mechanical, industrial or similar.
Skill: Talent management, people development, leadership, accountability, project management, statistical concepts, Microsoft, negotiation & teamwork
Knowledge in SMT.

Activities:

• Leading & manage thru strategic thinking for improvement projects on equipment maintenance performance
• Drive equipment KPIs (Quality, cost & performance) to the best performance
• Budget control for unit cost control or any management requirement
• Assure people training & certifications for maintenance group bases on skill matrix
• New suppliers’ development participating in qualification plans
• Lead new equipment technology introduction focuses in provide the smooth learning curve
• Root cause analysis as a champion or team member for VOC & CC
• Enhance equipment capability by promoting upgrades on software & hardware systems, internally o externally with suppliers.
• Coach & mange to develop people leadership & soft skills
• Manage maintenance systems (CM, PM, overhaul, MTMV & PdM)
• Succes & make sure everyone achieves all objectives by promoting teamwork
• Promote new analytics stragies to I 4.0 focuses on data driven solution & action in all process
