Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sr Manager of Finance, you will have the unique chance to contribute to the growth and success of our Cell Biology Business Unit. By leading all aspects of our financial operations and planning of key 3 segments in the BU, you will play a vital role in propelling our business forward.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and coach the finance teams (2 direct reports) and business partners to develop enhanced skills and intuition for 3 key Business Segments (Cell Culture Model (CCM), Cell Culture Plastics (CCP), and Sera).
  • Support the respective general managers to set and deliver the business plan and meet key operating & financial goals.
  • Strategic thought partner with a focus on driving growth and value creation.
  • Own the core operating mechanisms, including STRAP, AOP, QBR/MBR in collaboration with the leadership and functional teams.
  • Penetrate unique PL structures for CCP (linkage with LPG LPE production sites) and Sera (COGS ownership and the partnership with BCD), and properly guide respective direct reports to handle respective financial operations.
  • Partner with colleagues within the BU and Division to drive both functional and business operational improvements and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present analysis and authorization for significant capital investments.
  • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.
