JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior FP&A Manager, this role provides an excellent opportunity to drive the development and implementation of process in a dynamic environment in order to deliver top and bottom line growth. This position will work closely with operation team in managing financial results. This role will need to possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis,
we’d ask you to do the following for us:
- Accurately forecast financial results
- Identify, quantify and realize opportunities within the business to drive growth
- Participate in new sales and existing business retention processes
- Lead the financial / strategic reviews
- Monitor KPI matrices to identify labour and supplies utilization opportunities
- Deliver accurate short and long term financial forecasts
- Act as financial lead for annual budget process
- Provide analysis during month-end close process
- Monitor receivables and inventory levels
- Identify and action risks and opportunities within the business
- Develop monthly financial presentations
- Liaise with Finance teams on key business trends, analysis and accounting issues

- Degree in finance, accounting or business related field
- MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A role
- Ability to articulate financials in a clear and concise manner
- Able to leverage quantitative data to influence decision makers
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and drive results
- Change leader
- Ability to partner with cross-functional Sales, Finance, People and Culture and Operations teams
- Attention to detail , able to produce reports and results that is validated and accurate
- Strong in MS Excel
