EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Advanced Qualification Preferred (CPA)
EXPERIENCE
- 9+ years of dynamic accounting experience with at least 5 years of management experience; prior experience with shared services is highly desired
- Proven understanding of U.S. GAAP with demonstrated advanced accounting and technical skills
- Experience with JDE E1 and Hyperion Financial Management preferred

Responsibilities:
- Supporting Group Controllership functions, including remediation of internal control deficiencies
- Applying and implementing Company’s AR, credit and revenue policy
- Technical accounting research of complex issues to ensure accurate accounting treatment
- Support adherence to important metrics especially around AR, bad debt and DSO
- Support maintenance of complete and accurate standard operating procedures and SOX related internal control documentation and AAM
- Ensure that global accounting functions are being performed as stated in company procedures, financial close schedule, and in accordance with US GAAP and SOX
- Coordination with external and internal auditors on audits and quarterly reviews
- Identify and drive initiatives for continuous process improvement
