General Summary:
The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s future by leading organizational development, performance management, talent development, talent acquisition, and special projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partner to specific business unit
  • Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance company performance and employee satisfaction
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including implementing and improving tools and software. Ensure alignment of individual performance with company goals. Training managers on our process and publishing periodic companywide communication to guide managers and employes through and track quarterly process milestones
  • Talent Development: Design and execute comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and employee training. Identify and nurture high-potential employees to ensure a robust talent pipeline
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, manage relationships with recruitment agencies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Special Projects: Lead and manage special HR projects that align with the company’s strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives related to key HR priorities
  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 2-4

Qualifications:

Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related discipline
  • 7+ years of human resource management experience
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of HR Management

  • Experience in fast-paced distribution center of manufacturing work environment
