The Senior Manager of Insurance Verification & Benefits will oversee two distinct but inter-related functions: Insurance Verification and Benefit/Insurance Plan Maintenance.
Overseeing a team of on-shore/off-shore resources, the Senior Manager will optimize insurance verification processes across multiple locations ensuring accurate insurance estimates and patient benefits to facilitate seamless billing processes. Senior Manager will also develop and maintain a process to make real-time updates to insurance/benefit plans as communicated by the practices.
This role is responsible for the accurate setup of insurance plans, management of fee schedules, timely verification of benefits, and efficient operation of both an outsourced verification team and an AI-powered verification bot. The Senior Manager will track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. In addition, they will play a critical role in overseeing vendor relationships, the benefit plan build process, and the maintenance of fee schedules.
Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in insurance verification, revenue cycle management, or payer relations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Extensive experience with dental practice management systems (Denticon preferred) and AI-driven automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of insurance plan setups, fee schedule management, vendor relations, and payer-specific requirements.

SKILLS:

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• In-depth understanding of dental RCM processes, including insurance verification, fee schedule management, claims processing, treatment planning, and payer guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment and timely completion of all initiatives.
• High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and performance reporting tools.
  This enhanced role is ideal for an experienced manager capable of driving operational excellence in insurance verification, fee schedule management, benefit plan builds, and vendor oversight. The Senior Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless and compliant insurance verification processes across all locations, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and payers
