THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field, with industry experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or consumer health sectors.
  • Strong capabilities in scientific presentation and complex data analysis, alongside a track record of effective communication.
  • Proficiency in project management and leading initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and influencing decision-making within a collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end product lifecycle, business strategy, and consumer insights.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to technological changes, with a forward-thinking approach to innovation and improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent and provide expertise from the Medical Sciences team in cross-functional projects, actively contributing to team goals and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Lead project management, influencing cross-functional resource allocation, and steering programme delivery aligned with business needs.
  • Enhance medical sciences procedures, innovate best practises for efficient working, and partner with colleagues to maximise productivity.
  • Monitor commercial outcomes, sharing insights for strategic planning, and supporting collaborative decision-making.
  • Evaluate and harness opportunities for business expansion through medical insights, in both new and existing market segments.
  • Foster the medical sciences team’s capabilities, offering a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape to inform strategic development.
