Description:
EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
- A good, recognized degree in accountancy or equivalent. Chartered Accountant preferred.
- At least 8 years of relevant audit and commercial experience; experience in areas such as FP&A, Group audit, Policies etc.
- Fluent in writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of RPA, Power BI, Tableau will be an advantage.
- Experience in the healthcare industry and SAP S4 Hana would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the annual external audit cycle for the group and ensure timely approval of audited financials by Board.
- Anchor the annual budget and projection/ forecast exercises.
- Co-anchor the review and publication of monthly management dashboard to senior management
- Anchor the periodic refresh of Cluster policies
- Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts and senior financial analysts in thier work deliverables. Provide necessay guidance and motivate team to work togehter to meet deadlines and key deliverables.
- Co-anchor and incorporate group’s initiatives such as Cost Containment exercise, mission reporting into budget/ mgmt result reporting
- Review reports for periodic submission to MOH, MOHH and other reportings to stakehoders.
- Anchor cross cluster data and performance comparisons.
- Anchor Group’s paper and slide submissions to sub-board and board committees.
- Lead improvement projects and participate in ad-hoc projects to support the organisation’s mission and vision
