We are hiring a Sr. Manager, Retail Specialty Projects.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Retail Specialty Excellence you will be responsible for leading specialty projects and initiatives that drive the operational success of specialty patient care at Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw pharmacies. Your team will collaborate with a cross-functional group to support retail-oriented specialty program launches to set our Pharmacy teams up for success and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the operational strategy, development, implementation, and execution of specialty programs and projects in retail Pharmacy
- Develop operational and strategic communication for key stakeholders, including presentations, memos and content development.
- Collaborate with SDM professional service teams to integrate enterprise service offering into the specialty patient journey at SDM.
- Lead process documentation, workflow development and SOP/ROP development as required.
- Focus on continuous improvements and best practices to drive operational excellence, and deliver related recommendations
- Work cross-functionally with various departments within the enterprise to develop new processes and tools for servicing specialty patients in the retail network
- Manage a team of direct reports
- Act as specialty practice expert and provide consultations as required for enterprise strategic initiatives.
