This role is part of the Global Business Operations Leadership Team in our services business leading teams and managing customer relationships. We provide biotech and pharmaceutical companies with enterprise level services with a full suite of technology offering.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of experience in similar role preferred (not required)
- Strong leadership skills and can effectively lead a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish connections and collaborate with both internal and external individuals.
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a strong emphasis on achieving desired outcomes
- Demonstrate financial acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willing to challenge status quo.
- Proven experience in working in a highly matrix environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
