YOUR SKILLS

• Master’s degree in engineering (or similar) with strong technical background. Business is a plus.
• 10 years professional experience in Manufacturing, Operations, HSE on local and regional level. Global experience is a plus
• International experience preferred
• Strong project management skills in a multinational environment
• Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality
• Ability to lead and collaborate with multi-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong change manager that can persuade & lead with conviction
• Flexibility to travel worldwide based on requirement

• Facilitates / manages development and implementation of corporate, business or function strategy
• Manages or executes strategic (incl. M&A) and change projects, transformational initiatives
• Develops and ensures roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g. resource allocation, org. / operating model design)
• Collaborates with top / senior management on all aspects of the organization’s business development policies and initiatives
• Performs internal and external benchmarking analyses / analysis of future scenarios to assess future business development
• Supports M&A projects and lead Supply Chain Due Diligence teams
• Drives process for global strategic resource allocation and org. design (Target Structure)
• Advances consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)
