JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Science, Finance, or Business. Equivalent experience in related fields will also be considered.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in Demand Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, or related field
- APICS certification or equivalent preferred
- Understanding and training on SAP ERP systems
- Understanding of advanced planning solutions
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sr Manager, Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the order fulfillment cycle, from customer forecasts to delivery
- Developing, optimizing, and implementing inventory strategies based on demand plans
- Steering the capacity loading of the plant in an efficient way
- Analyzing and addressing capacity conflicts
- Achieving optimal supply chain performance
- Collaborating with customers and procurement to address new product opportunities
- Handling customer and supplier supply chain interfaces
- Implementing and maintaining continuous improvement projects
- Aligning Business Segment Leadership and Site to formalize the S&OP scenario
- Representing the supply chain function for the BSL in customer meetings
