Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Apply your knowledge in metallurgy to identify the most effective technique for achieving high-quality brazing (brass, copper, steel) and complete all assignments flawlessly in accordance with ISO standards, while strictly following required safety protocols and company policies.
- Assemble components in the accurate order using various techniques such as drilling, riveting, screwing, bolting, bracing, taping, cementing, or soldering to meet specifications.
- Interpret electrical wiring diagrams with precision for accurate assembly.
- Conduct inspections of parts during sub-assembly and at critical junctures to ensure outstanding quality standards are met before progressing to the next workstation.
- Employ a variety of hand tools, such as drills, rivet guns, and drill presses, with proven expertise.
- Operate the SAP system to input product-related data and track serial numbers, barcodes, production rates, and physical locations, ensuring a flawless manufacturing process.
- Manage the ordering and retrieval of supplies and materials, including cardboard, bags, and warehouse items, to support efficient operations.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

- Strong proficiency in assembling components using various techniques.
