JOB SUMMARY

This position partners with leadership to develop and oversee the strategic direction for an assigned geographic area. Leads direct managers and their staff to execute strategic direction in their assigned territories. Focuses on achieving business and financial results such as sales growth, increased market share, and overall profitability. Designs and delivers custom distribution strategies to the market that align with company goals. Works independently without considerable direction.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Property & Casualty, Life, Health, 6, 63 and 26 Securities licenses.
  • Insurance designations preferred (example, CLU, ChFC, FSCP, CPCU).

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum ten years of related experience required, with knowledge of insurance products and field distribution models.
  • Experience owning the onboarding of new agency owners and staff preferred.
  • Property & Casualty Insurance or Financial Services sales experience preferred.
  • Two years of Market Leader experience preferred.
