Responsibilities:
- Assisting in developing the annual marketing strategy and ensure that it’s implemented in line with the business objectives.
- Working within the approved budget, monitor key areas of budget/expenditure and preparing reports.
- Liaising with external agencies and vendors to produce creative and compelling ideas for; PR activities, and promotional advertising campaigns that will attract and retain customers.
- Planning and executing events (Internal and External), promotions, and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy.
- Evaluating all marketing campaigns and activities on a continuous base to ensure budget adherence and return on investment.
- Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to understand the Services and Product specifications, and be able to create suitable marketing offline/online contents.
- Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction factors and innovating ways to enhance customer experience.
- Ensuring online customer engagement.
- Monitoring market changes and competitor activities and reporting the same to management accordingly
