Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in developing the annual marketing strategy and ensure that it’s implemented in line with the business objectives.
  • Working within the approved budget, monitor key areas of budget/expenditure and preparing reports.
  • Liaising with external agencies and vendors to produce creative and compelling ideas for; PR activities, and promotional advertising campaigns that will attract and retain customers.
  • Planning and executing events (Internal and External), promotions, and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives in line with the overall strategy.
  • Evaluating all marketing campaigns and activities on a continuous base to ensure budget adherence and return on investment.
  • Work closely with the sales team and other relevant departments to understand the Services and Product specifications, and be able to create suitable marketing offline/online contents.
  • Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction factors and innovating ways to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensuring online customer engagement.
  • Monitoring market changes and competitor activities and reporting the same to management accordingly
