We are seeking a self-directed, passionate professional with proven experience in driving marketing automation to support pipeline and demand generation, enhance customer experience in digital touchpoints, and visualize the customer journey. The Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the marketing automation platform (Marketo), manage the integration with CRM (Salesforce), manage consent management (OneTrust), and drive strategy and implementation of personalization (Recombee). This role will leverage data analytics and explore new technologies, including AI capabilities, to drive the success of our marketing initiatives.
This role requires a strong technical background in marketing automation, data analysis, and a deep understanding of marketing technology tools and trends. As a key member of the Marketing Operations team, you will oversee the entire customer lifecycle and handle daily details to meet KPIs and increase conversions from Leads to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Opportunities. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking problem solver with excellent troubleshooting skills, project leadership abilities, and a high-level understanding of system expertise. They should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be skilled at using data to solve complex business problems.
This position reports to the Marketing Operations Manager within the Digital Marketing Transformation team.
QUALIFICATIONS – EXTERNAL
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in computer science, data analytics, IT, marketing, business, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
- Marketo Expert Certification or similar certification (Hubspot, Pardot) preferred; Marketo Master Certification is a plus.
- Experience integrating MarTech systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture, and implementation of medium to large-scale systems across multiple platforms.
- Experience with customer data management platforms, data governance, and knowledge of data privacy regulations.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, and a commitment to continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends.
- Proactive, self-starter with drive to build first class operations and infrastructure
- Passionate about latest trends of MarTech
- B2B marketing and ABM experience a plus
- Fluent English written and spoken
