Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving the execution of marketing strategies to enhance lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will focus on the efficient implementation of campaigns, social media management, events and coordination across the marketing team to ensure that all efforts align with company goals and objectives.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, etc.) to drive engagement and generate qualified leads.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by posting regularly, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality content across one-pagers, white papers, case studies, and other marketing assets.
  • Event & Webinar Coordination: Plan and execute webinars, trade show participation, and other events, ensuring that they align with the company’s broader marketing objectives.
  • Partnership Marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with partners to leverage co-marketing opportunities, ensuring brand consistency and visibility through these channels.
  • Marketing Operations: Collaborate with the lead generation team to track and optimize the funnel, improving conversion rates from marketing qualified leads to sales.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives using data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and achieve marketing KPIs.
