We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
DEFINE PROPOSITION: IDENTIFY ASSUMPTIONS AND NEEDS TO BUILD PROFITABLE PROPOSITIONS
- Develop business platforms to enable delivery of annual budget and strategic plan
- Lead multi-faceted iterative workstreams to validate, assess and prepare projects for commercialization in partnership with cross-functional partners
- Lead new product business case development, financial forecasting, supply chain, pricing, P&L structure and recommended in-market execution.
- Generate breakthrough ideas that inspire to enable technical advantages while exceeding our consumers’ wants & needs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related discipline required,
- Minimum of 5 years required of demonstrated relevant skills & results in consumer-packaged goods marketing, brand planning, building and running brand business, advertising, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications.
- Demonstrated success creating and launching new products/categories required
- Management and development of direct reports required
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication and teamwork skills required
- Strong analytical and leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects required
- Expertise in syndicated databases, market research, business & brand planning, advertising, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications required
- Experience leading cross-function teams preferred
- Passion for food/culinary knowledge, including experience building brands within the food industry preferred
