We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager immediately in a Hybrid (50/50) capacity at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.

DEFINE PROPOSITION: IDENTIFY ASSUMPTIONS AND NEEDS TO BUILD PROFITABLE PROPOSITIONS

  • Develop business platforms to enable delivery of annual budget and strategic plan
  • Lead multi-faceted iterative workstreams to validate, assess and prepare projects for commercialization in partnership with cross-functional partners
  • Lead new product business case development, financial forecasting, supply chain, pricing, P&L structure and recommended in-market execution.
  • Generate breakthrough ideas that inspire to enable technical advantages while exceeding our consumers’ wants & needs

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related discipline required,
  • Minimum of 5 years required of demonstrated relevant skills & results in consumer-packaged goods marketing, brand planning, building and running brand business, advertising, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications.
  • Demonstrated success creating and launching new products/categories required
  • Management and development of direct reports required
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication and teamwork skills required
  • Strong analytical and leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects required
  • Expertise in syndicated databases, market research, business & brand planning, advertising, finance, promotional activities and consumer communications required
  • Experience leading cross-function teams preferred
  • Passion for food/culinary knowledge, including experience building brands within the food industry preferred
