Responsibilities:

As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll lead efforts to optimize end user experiences and drive recurring revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in improving resident engagement, enhancing technical integrations, and supporting overall business performance.

  • Ensure smooth technical marketing integrations, enhancing user experiences across communities.
  • Monitor and report on marketing integration performance and its business impact.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve registration processes and drive community engagement.
  • Manage recurring revenue streams and provide forecasting for end user performance.
  • Drive increased utilization of lockers and other service verticals.
  • Develop and execute monetization strategies to meet recurring fee targets.
  • Partner with Customer Success and marketing to create effective non-integrated registration processes.
  • Evaluate and optimize strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage with end users and property managers to identify and address pain points.
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
  • Contribute to monthly operations reports and develop new reports as needed.
