Responsibilities:
As the Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll lead efforts to optimize end user experiences and drive recurring revenue growth. You’ll play a key role in improving resident engagement, enhancing technical integrations, and supporting overall business performance.
- Ensure smooth technical marketing integrations, enhancing user experiences across communities.
- Monitor and report on marketing integration performance and its business impact.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve registration processes and drive community engagement.
- Manage recurring revenue streams and provide forecasting for end user performance.
- Drive increased utilization of lockers and other service verticals.
- Develop and execute monetization strategies to meet recurring fee targets.
- Partner with Customer Success and marketing to create effective non-integrated registration processes.
- Evaluate and optimize strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Engage with end users and property managers to identify and address pain points.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
- Contribute to monthly operations reports and develop new reports as needed.
