Responsibilities:

The Sr. Marketing Project Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading key initiatives for the Marketing organization. This position is responsible for developing comprehensive project plans for lead flow implementation, collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Teams. The role ensures clear ownership and criteria are established for each milestone, monitors and reports on progress, identifies and mitigates risks, and facilitates effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders. Additionally, the Sr. Marketing Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and relaunch of the company websites. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to meet business objectives and user needs, managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure delivery on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and branding strategy, and conducting post-launch evaluations to implement necessary improvements.

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Managing projects or processes, working independently with general supervision
  • If people manager, setting goals and objectives for team members and managing performance for achievement of operational result
  • If not people manager, broad knowledge of job area is expected
  • Problems faced may be difficult but not always complex
  • Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports if any, customers and stakeholders
