The Senior Marketing Specialist for our brand portfolio is a champion for our customers. They are responsible for supporting overarching strategic brand frameworks that influence and guide key marketing campaigns. They will help lead marketing initiatives for a broad range of brand concepts and campaigns for our Pro and DIY customers that build brand awareness, improve perception, and build loyalty. They will implement integrated customer-first marketing strategies for the business across paid, owned and earned channels, and will coordinate campaign details across various internal partners to ensure a seamless end to end campaign execution across all channels, providing regular recommendations and updates to their key partners to ensure visibility and alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning and Execution
- Provide planning support for the marketing manager as it pertains to key marketing campaigns
- Lead detailed implementation and communication of brand specific marketing plans to cross functional teams (merchandising, advertising, operations, etc)
- Act as the main point of contact for all brand-specific advertising production consisting of campaign details, creative proofing and approvals among various other day-to-day responsibilities.
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of integrated brand marketing programs, ensuring timely feedback by adhering to our processes to ensure campaigns launch on time
- Be agile and action oriented when new opportunities and campaign pivots arise to react to market and customer needs
- Update and maintain brand marketing calendar and supporting materials
- Champion The Home Depot brand values across all marketing content and communications
- Support additional projects for the marketing team as required

Travel Requirements:
- Travel to Store Support Centre for Hybrid days
- Conduct store walks as needed (Home Depot, Competitors and non-Competitors)

Minimum Education:
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma preferably in business or marketing
Minimum Years of Work Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of previous marketing experience in a relevant role
