EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Excels in problem analysis, planning and organization.
  • Proficient in the use of basic diagnostic and test equipment.
  • Reads and comprehends blueprints, manuals and training materials.
  • Electronic component recognition and operation.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work rotating shift, 2-3-2 schedule, 12 hours.
  • Work conditions can include Maintenance shops, clean room manufacturing and lab spaces.
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene.
  • Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, gripping and grasping.
  • Manipulation (lift, carry, move) of 10-35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds infrequently. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
