MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education degree with a combination of 2+ years of experience, or 4+ years of experience within a related field
- Proficiency in mechanical tasks
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics - PLC Programmable Logic Controllers, reed switches, valves, relays, temperature controllers, and solenoids
- Understanding and performing LOTO procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow complex procedures
Responsibilities:
- Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company
- Intervene in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance
- Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and make in-process adjustments
- Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls
- Document clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls
- Assist with start-up and shutdown of machines
- Engage in continuous improvement projects
- Participate in equipment installation
- Test equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met.
- Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipment
- Follow all safety and cGMP requirements
