NewAge Products is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Global Sourcing and Supplier, to join their Supplier Development team. The Senior Manager, Global Sourcing and Supplier Relations oversees the organization’s overall sourcing strategy and manages supplier relationships to diversify and optimize the company’s global manufacturing base. This role is responsible for the creation, negotiation, execution, and lifecycle management of vendor agreements with contract manufacturers, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Additionally, the Senior Manager leads a team to drive strategic supplier sourcing, selection, and qualification to support NewAge’s growth and operational excellence.
