Description:
This position supports deploying PFC counselors to assignments assuring that the right people with the right qualifications are assigned to the right location at the right time. Responsible for overseeing a team of Logistics Schedulers & Counselor Readiness Specialists.
- Manages the daily operations of the OCONUS & CONUS Counselor Readiness Specialists & Logistics Schedulers.
- Oversight of scheduling PFC counselors into rotational and event assignments to meet program fill standards and expectations.
- Oversight of the management and delivery of travel requests report for all counseling services at military bases CONUS and OCONUS for all mission execution tasks for rotational, on-demand, and surge.
- Assist in preparation and oversight of the weekly Staffing, Credentialing Deliverables as well as the Tag Up Summary.
- Creates a culture of support, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensures workforce credentialing material is loaded into the online workforce management tool and processed in a timely manner.
- Oversight of the staffing fill rate of program staff. Plans and implements strategies to reduce staffing gaps.
- Drives effective alignment of business processes, technology, and workforce management to ensure all business systems are synchronized for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction (i.e. Staffing and Credentialing Criteria).
- All other duties as assigned.
