POSITION OVERVIEW
Calian is seeking a dynamic SR MOC Instructor Course Content Developer to join our team and help shape the future of military training! In this exciting role, you’ll provide weekly progress updates, maintain the course completion tracker, and utilize DND computer systems for engaging interactive activities. Candidates who have completed the Log Officer Land Course (code AILL) will have a distinct advantage. Join us in making a meaningful impact on training programs!

QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of the Log Officer Land Course (code AILL) is considered a strong asset
- Instruction experience
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- You will be able to obtain a Government Security Clearance at the Reliability level
Responsibilities:
- Respond to instructions
- Coordinate activities with other assigned content developers involved in the course content development project
- Organize and review the Training Plan, developing lesson plans in collaboration with the Project Manager (PM), Project Coordinator (PC), board chairs, and fellow content developers
- Facilitate the production of lesson plans, assessments, and course content in accordance with the Training Plans and input from other lesson developers, the board chair, and the PM
- Provide weekly written updates on course development progress to the board chair and as requested
- Maintain the course completion tracker as outlined by the board chair and PM
- Utilize DND computer and information technology systems (including MS Outlook, MS Teams, and conference calls) for synchronous activities
