Qualifications:
Education and Years of Experience: 4-5 Years
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET Framework, C#, and JavaScript, with additional experience in modern tools and architectures being a bonus. This role involves designing and developing scalable enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technical innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Development & Design: Develop, test, and deploy robust applications using .NET Framework, C#, and JavaScript. Design and document technical specifications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. - Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative, effective solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables. Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. - Optimization & DevOps: Continuously monitor and optimize application performance, addressing bottlenecks as needed. Perform DevOps operations, including designing and optimizing cloud-based services. - Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members to foster skill development and teamwork. Must-Have Skills: - Proficiency in .NET Framework and C# programming language. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript for front-end development. - 5-6 years of hands-on software development experience. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Familiarity with React.js library for modern front-end development. - Experience with Docker containerization for streamlined deployments. - Understanding of service-based architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., RabbitMQ).
