No of Resource - 1 Availability - 15 to 30 days Location: Abu Dhabi Industry - Government Services Email - hr@staffconnect.ae WhatsApp - +971 529421270 Job Description : - - Configuring and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) - Performing network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations - Monitoring network engineering performance and ensure system availability and reliability - Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning - Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues - Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure - Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution - Prepare operational reports on the network infrastructure on periodic basis. Technical Skills : - - Bachelors Degree (Engineering Degree preferred) in Computer Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university - Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputable firm(s) in the areas of IT infrastructure Network operations. - Industry certifications like CCNP or equivalent, cisco certification preferred - Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools - Knowledge of ITIL framework. - Full work proficiency level in English - Communication - Collaboration - Problem solving - Accountability
