Job Description: Job Summary

The Senior Network Operations Consultant delivers on our Purpose by supporting the Leaders of the Network Operations Team by conducting research and analysis to develop business cases and recommendations to improve operational performance, policies/procedures, and airline planning/design. This role ensures alignment across the organization and cross functionally by identifying risks, opportunities, dependencies, and assessments of the department strategy, plan, and critical in itiatives. The Senior Network Operations Consultant is an organized collaborator who looks forward to being part of meaningful and impactful initiatives and driving the future of Southwest.
