Description:

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10+ years of professional experience working with large enterprise environments known for innovation, diversified solutions/products, and end-user value obsession.
  • Demonstrated technical and SaaS product management lifecycle expertise and experience with a deep understanding and perspective on emergent technologies.
  • Must have experience in successfully launching new SaaS product(s), starting at the concept stage
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with teams in engineering, R&D, marketing, finance, sales, etc., using creative approaches to problem solving.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead offering management for Connected Supply Chain with focus on outcome-based cloud applications delivering edge to cloud solution for multiple supply chain verticals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and portfolio that aligns with our business goals and market opportunities around digitalization, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
  • Responsible for and performance measured on product portfolio success - financial and customer NPS. Monitor and analyze KPIs, financial metrics, and market trends to assess offering performance to make data-driven decisions.
  • Activate & maintain Voice-of-Customer engagement with global existing and prospective customers, across industries.
  • Lead and facilitate product discovery sessions with customers to guide current and future product & feature development
  • Collaborate cross functionally with teams and leaders in Connected Supply Chain, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration of solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends to inform product development decisions and work closely with commercial teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps based on customer feedback, product performance, market analysis, and business priorities.
